I would like to express my thanks and admiration for your terrific set of service personnel and auto technicians! My 2001 Corolla has over 115,000 miles on it and I suspect most of the original gaskets and belts were showing their age. With the economy the way it is, I know I’ll be driving this car for many years to come and needed to have it put back in good shape. Well your guys failed to do that. Instead those gentlemen put it back in great (or might I even say terrific!) shape!
Driving home after picking up the car I had to stop the car, jump out, and look to make sure it was in fact mine. Not only did it drive like a new car, they even vacuumed inside and washed the outside! This Corolla is my 7th car (and first Toyota) and I have already driven it 30,000 miles more than any other of my previous cars. Not only does Toyota make a great vehicle, but the people in the service department are all astounding. The three service people I dealt with most recently were Randy, Alan and Mike, but the techs whose names I don’t know, were all helpful and couldn’t have been nicer.

I am writing to tell you how lucky you are to have an employee like Randy Burruss. I brought my Rav 4 into Grossinger for regular service and he went out of his way to help me. I especially appreciate this as I am disabled and walk with canes.
As it turned out there was a missing cover on the right front bumper area of the car body. A part needed to be ordered, then sent to a body shop for painting. It meant another trip for me to a body shop to have the part installed. I wasn't really looking forward to this.
Randy made this whole process simple for me. For this I heartily thank him and also Toyota for instilling in their personnel the importance of customer service in a time when service seems to be a thing of the past.
I will continue to bring my car to your dealership for service and to ask for Randy if he is available.

We have bought four Toyotas and sent friends and family to buy Toyotas. We trust Grossinger mainly because of Alan Farber. Today, I went in to see Alan Farber to get his advice about buying an extended warranty and to have Grossinger look at my Ford Winstar. I received excellent advice from Mr. Farber and he had his mechanics look at my brakes and engine. I always go directly to Mr. Farber because I know I will be treated fairly, honestly and competently. Unfortunately, this is a rarity in today’s world.

On September 27, I brought my Sienna in for a tire check. The front left “run flat” tire had had thrown a tread. Typically, I bring my Sienna in for an oil change and service to the express bay since I am not organized enough to book it in. I am always greeted by Bill Hans with a courteous and professional manner. On this Saturday Bill was working in the regular service department.
This time Bill went above and beyond the normal service standards to make sure I was taken care of. He replaced three of my tires under warranty, and since he was not able to do it while I waited, he arranged for a loaner.
I am now a loyal Grossinger Toyota customer, and will come to the Cicero location for as long as Bill can help me. I will also replace my current Toyota with a new one when the time comes.
Thank you for hiring good staff in a time where “customer service” is a misnomer for most companies.
